We collaborate with trusted artists and manufacturers worldwide to bring you unique, high-value customized products, and the following shipping & delivery details reflect our global production and logistics network.
1. Shipping Basics
- Shipping Carriers: We partner with leading global carriers to ensure reliable delivery, including USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, and local postal services (varies by destination).
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Production begins immediately upon processing (due to the personalized nature of our products).
- Peak Season Notes: During busy holidays and special occasions (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Christmas, etc.), production and delivery times may extend by 3-5 business days. We recommend placing orders 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure timely arrival.
2. Production & Shipping Timeframes
The following timeframes apply to standard shipping for orders to the United States. Total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time.

Special Notes for US Orders:
- Orders to Puerto Rico, Guam, and Hawaii: Add 7-10 business days to the standard shipping time.
- Military addresses: Delivery to APO/FPO/DPO addresses is available but may take an additional 10-15 business days due to military logistics restrictions.
- PO Box Restrictions: Large items (e.g., canvas art, large posters, framed products) cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses. These items will be shipped via a carrier that requires a physical address, and separate shipping may apply for multiple large items. Free shipping policies are excluded for large items shipped to non-PO Box addresses.
3. International Shipping
- Delivery Time: International orders typically take 15-30 business days (production time + shipping + customs processing).
- Customs & Duties: International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can vary by country/region. Customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over customs processing times or additional charges, and apologize for any delays caused by these processes.
- Tracking: International tracking is available for most destinations, but updates may be limited once the package leaves the US.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking link to the email address associated with your order. You can use this link to monitor your package’s journey in real time.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If no tracking information is available immediately after receiving the tracking link, this means the carrier has not yet processed the parcel — tracking updates will appear once scanning is complete.
- If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
5. Address Information
- Accuracy Responsibility: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for delayed, lost, or misdelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
- Address Changes: If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes, and any redirect requests made directly to the carrier are at your own risk (we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels due to carrier redirects).
6. Additional Terms
- All timeframes provided are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather delays, carrier disruptions, production issues). We will notify you promptly if there are significant delays affecting your order.
- For bulk orders (5+ items) or custom large-scale products, production and shipping times may be extended. Please contact us in advance for a customized timeline.
- Free shipping promotions (if applicable) apply only to standard shipping for eligible products and destinations. Expedited shipping, international shipping, and large items may incur additional fees.
